Arush Bhandari
Arush Bhandari is the Lead Counsel at Chambers at No. 10 and has been in active legal practice since 2013. He is enrolled with the Delhi Bar Council and brings extensive experience in litigation, arbitration, property law, land acquisition, and commercial disputes.
He regularly represents clients before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, trial courts, and specialised tribunals, including the National Green Tribunal and consumer fora. His practice includes substantial exposure to trial court litigation, having handled and conducted a significant number of trials over the course of his career.
Arush has also appeared before the Supreme Court of Pakistan in cross-border enforcement proceedings, reflecting the firm’s international dispute resolution capability. His work is characterised by careful preparation, procedural clarity, and a strong understanding of courtroom dynamics.
As Lead Counsel, he remains closely involved in every matter handled by the practice, ensuring continuity of strategy and hands-on engagement at all stages of dispute resolution.
